I led the launch of the Mission to Grow podcast as a core component of a comprehensive content strategy designed to engage and empower small business owners. The podcast was created to share valuable insights from industry experts, offering actionable advice on topics ranging from growth strategies to operational efficiency. I carefully curated a roster of guests who brought deep expertise and real-world experience to the conversation, ensuring the content resonated with our target audience.

To maximize the podcast's impact, I integrated it with our broader marketing efforts. I strategically repurposed podcast clips into engaging video shorts, which were shared across YouTube and social media channels. This approach not only boosted YouTube views by 185% year-over-year but also more than doubled our subscriber count (64% increase). Watch time increased by 47%, and engagement on our social media platforms saw a noticeable lift as listeners interacted with the bite-sized, shareable content. YouTube impressions grew to 580K with 46% from YouTube recommending our content, proving that we were delivering valuable content for our audience.
